Boneset, or Thoroughwort, a wild herb of the composite family. Its leaves were once believed to have properties that would aid in setting broken bones. The plant grows to be three to six feet (90 to 180 cm) tall. The leaves have pointed tips, and grow in opposite pairs that are united at the base, around the stem. The white flowers bloom in a dense, flat-topped cluster.
Boneset is Eupatorium perfoliatum of the family Compositae.
